Warranty

All parts are warrantied against manufacturers' defects for one year from date of purchase. There is a 30-day money-back warranty (*see exception below).

For Returns:
Email a photo of the defective item to cs@horizonsltd.com with your name, phone number, date and location of purchase, and your mailing address. Please indicate the problem you are experiencing with the IW Reachmore in the email.

Receipts are required for all returns. 

* We cannot offer refunds if we did not sell the IWReachmore or other related products to you. Please contact the vendor you purchased the item(s) from directly.
